Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Specialist (Night)

Responsibilities:
- Keep GMP records of all materials and products received, stocked, and shipped.
- Enter regulated documentation and system transactions accurately and on time.
- Receive, store, and stage materials for manufacturing operations.
- Provide correct materials to the production team and ship finish goods to couriers with appropriate labeling within scheduled time frames, per local site procedures and policies.
- Load and unload shipments using industrial equipment safely.
- Inspect materials, labels, and documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain correct inventory levels; perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Support procedures, training, and process improvement activities.
- Prepare and coordinate shipments to meet schedule requirements.
- Lift up to 60 pounds.

Essential Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing in a regulated industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and material tracking processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
- Flexibility to support a continuous manufacturing operation schedule.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- Salary expected range: $25.19–$46.82 per hour.
- Performance-based cash incentive; eligibility for annual equity awards depending on level.
