Shift Manager - DPM Expansions - FP Assembly

Role: Shift supervisor in aseptic fill & finish production within Novo Nordisk's expanding Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) unit, overseeing daily manufacturing operations to meet quality and efficiency standards. Responsibilities: lead, coach, and mentor shift teams; ensure adherence to quality protocols, safety, and GMP standards; manage personnel issues, process confirmation, and continuous improvement initiatives across global sites. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in manufacturing (preferably pharma), or equivalent experience with lower degrees; minimum 3 years supervisory experience; 2+ years aseptic processing experience preferred; proficiency in documentation, standard operating procedures, and manufacturing systems (MS Office, PLCs, PAS-X preferred). High-value specifics: focus on aseptic production, global collaboration, and process optimization using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. Work setup: on-site with physical demands including heavy equipment handling, working in cold, loud, or hazardous environments, with potential for confined spaces and elevated heights.
