SHE Manager - Response and Technology

Role: SHE Response and Technology Manager overseeing safety, environmental, and health (SHE) digital platforms at AstraZeneca's Gaithersburg site, with primary focus on system administration, incident data quality, and digital safety culture enhancement. Responsibilities: define and implement multi-site SHE platform roadmap (SharePoint, Veeva Vault, AZ SHE systems), establish governance, support incident reporting, lead help desk and training channels, partner with enterprise SHE and IT teams, analyze performance data for continuous improvements, coordinate SHE communications, and support safety culture initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's in safety, environmental science, technology, or related; experience supporting SHE, EHS, or regulated environments; project management skills; strong digital literacy, particularly with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Veeva Vault, and related tools; excellent communication and stakeholder engagement; ability to operate onsite with on-call support for 24/7 coverage. Preferred: experience in biopharma or research lab environments; familiarity with incident management, safety systems, and digital content governance; certifications in OSHA, Six Sigma, or change management.
