Job Responsibilities:
- Support short- and long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for platform and enabling functions.
- Develop, analyze, and communicate financial performance metrics (variance vs. plan/forecast/prior periods).
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate cost drivers, investment trade-offs, and efficiency opportunities.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reporting (dashboards and leadership presentations).
- Build and maintain financial models to assess platform investments, system enhancements, and operational initiatives.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities with accuracy and alignment to financial controls.
- Improve the quality, transparency, and usability of financial data via process improvements and standardization.
- Identify trends and risks; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support audit activities and ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls.
- Mentor junior analysts and share best practices across FP&A.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (required); MBA/advanced degree (preferred).
- Experience/Skills (required): 2β4 years progressive FP&A/finance analytics; budgeting/forecasting/variance analysis/financial modeling; advanced Excel; experience with financial reporting systems and data visualization; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Preferred:
- Support for technology platforms/shared services/enterprise functions; experience in matrixed global orgs; ERP/planning/BI tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, Power BI); cost management/investment analysis; MedTech/healthcare/regulatory experience; manage multiple priorities; strong business partnering; high attention to detail; excellent written/verbal communication.
Compensation:
- Anticipated base pay range: $79,000.00β$127,650.00.
