Job Responsibilities:
- Support short- and long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for platform and enabling functions.
- Develop, analyze, and communicate financial performance metrics (variance analysis vs. plan/forecast/prior periods).
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate cost drivers, investment trade-offs, and efficiency opportunities.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reporting packages, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
- Build and maintain financial models for platform investments, system enhancements, and operational initiatives.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities and ensure alignment with financial controls.
- Improve financial data quality, transparency, and usability via process improvements/standardization.
- Identify trends and risks and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to audit support and ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls.
- Mentor junior analysts and share best practices across FP&A.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (required); MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
- Experience/Skills (required): 2β4 years progressive FP&A/finance analytics; strong budgeting/forecasting/variance analysis/financial modeling; advanced Excel; ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Preferred: experience with technology platforms/shared services/enterprise functions; global matrixed org exposure; ERP/planning/BI tools (SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, Power BI); cost management/investment analysis/productivity initiatives; MedTech/healthcare/regulatory experience; ability to manage multiple priorities; strong business partnering; analytical/problem-solving; excellent written/verbal communication.

The anticipated base pay range: $79,000.00 - $127,650.00.
