Service Representative/ Courier

Role: Courier responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens and lab supplies at Labcorp in Portland, OR. Objectives include efficient specimen handling, timely route completion, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: load supplies, execute daily pickup schedule, deliver specimens and supplies, operate company vehicle safely, and coordinate with dispatch. Requirements: no prior experience necessary; preferred high school diploma or equivalent, and 6+ months courier or driving experience. Qualifications: valid driver’s license with a clean record, must be at least 21, strong time management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and flexibility for overtime. High-value specifics include specimen transport, GxP considerations, and safety protocols. Work setup: on-site with a company vehicle, option for personal use at minimal cost; schedule predominantly weekday afternoons with possible overtime. Travel requirements are limited to local routes.
