Service Engineer

Role: Service Engineer responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining laboratory instrumentation and robotics, including liquid handlers and analytical instruments. Objectives: ensure equipment functionality and compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: handle medium to high complexity service events independently, document service activities per GDP, contribute to troubleshooting resources, and follow safety protocols. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; 2-5 years in lab equipment service engineering; strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills; knowledge of diagnostic workflows and regulatory requirements.
