Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, compliant relationships with healthcare providers across specialties and account types.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive appropriate patient-focused customer action.
- Create and execute a territory business plan to drive product demand.
- Use knowledge of the healthcare landscape to understand decision-making across settings.
- Manage territory with a business-owner mindset while staying compliant with policies and regulations.
- Deliver product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, market access) to support customer needs.
- Gather and share customer insights and feedback to improve how the company serves providers and patients.
- Partner on account and territory strategy to maximize internal/external knowledge.
- Use customer/market data and apply multiple channels to drive selling engagements.
- Prioritize customers/accounts using a data-driven approach aligned to the strategic plan.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Sales experience in life sciences or healthcare (or related field).
- 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
- Must live within the stated territory.
- Ability to be in the field five days a week (including overnights as required) and complete administrative tasks.
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.

Pay Range:
- $120,000 - $160,000 base salary; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
