Patient Advocacy
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, compliant relationships with healthcare providers across specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics) by sharing accurate, balanced product information.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive appropriate customer action for patients and engage the full account to address obstacles to solutions.
- Create a territory business plan by identifying shared priorities and leveraging account knowledge/tactics to drive product demand.
- Apply knowledge of the healthcare landscape to understand decision-making across provider offices and health systems.
- Manage the territory with a business owner mindset; own outcomes with urgency while complying with policies and regulations.
- Deliver product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources and training.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, market access) to support customer needs.
- Gather and share customer insights/feedback to help improve how providers and patients are served.
- Support overall account and territory strategy with cross-functional partners.
- Use customer/market data to apply multiple channels and prioritize accounts to maximize impact.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (or significant relevant experience without a degree).
- Sales experience in life sciences/healthcare or related field.
- 5+ years sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical device customer-facing roles.
- Live within the stated territory.
- Be in the field five days a week, including overnights as required, and complete administrative tasks.
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
- Proven winning attitude with a growth mindset; strong communication/interpersonal skills; coachable and eager to learn.
- Persistence, resilience, agility, strong work ethic; ability to manage time and prioritize.
- High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to compliance.
- Passion for making a difference for patients.

Pay range: $120,000–$160,000 base salary; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
