Responsibilities:
- Develop compliant relationships with a broad range of healthcare providers across specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics).
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive action for patients and engage entire accounts to overcome obstacles.
- Build and execute territory business plans that drive product demand by meeting needs of key partners and patients.
- Apply knowledge of healthcare landscape and decision-making across provider offices and health systems.
- Manage territory with a business-owner mindset; own results with urgency while complying with policies and regulations.
- Deliver compliant product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, market access, etc.) to support customer needs.
- Gather and share customer insights/feedback to improve how providers and patients are served.
- Partner on account and territory strategy; aggregate customer/market data to use multiple selling channels.
- Use a data-driven approach to prioritize accounts aligned to the strategic plan.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree strongly preferred (or equivalent significant relevant experience).
- Sales experience in life sciences/healthcare (required).
- 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices (required).
- Live within the stated territory.
- Field presence 5 days/week with overnights as needed; ability to drive/fly within territory.
