Patient Advocacy
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, compliant relationships with a broad range of healthcare providers (HCPs) across multiple specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics) by sharing accurate, balanced information about products and solutions.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue that drives patient-focused action and engages the entire account to identify obstacles and appropriate solutions.
- Create and execute a territory business plan that drives product demand by meeting the needs of key partners and ultimately patients.
- Use knowledge of the broader healthcare landscape to understand provider and health system decision-making.
- Manage territory with a business owner mindset, owning outcomes with urgency while staying compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
- Deliver compliant product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, market access, and others) to support customer needs.
- Gather and share customer insights/feedback to help improve how the company serves providers and patients.
- Collaborate on account/territory strategy with cross-functional partners to maximize internal/external knowledge.
- Aggregate customer/market data and apply multiple channels to drive selling engagements.
- Use a data-driven approach to prioritize customers/accounts aligned to the strategic plan.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree strongly preferred; candidates without a degree with significant related industry experience will be considered.
- 5+ years of sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical device customer-facing roles.
- Must live within the stated territory.
- Ability to be in the field five days a week (including overnights as required) and complete all administrative tasks.
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
- Proven winning attitude and growth mindset.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with healthcare providers.
- Coachable, eager to learn; open to feedback and adaptable.
