Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, compliant relationships with healthcare providers across multiple specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics) by sharing accurate, balanced product information.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive patient-focused action and engage entire accounts by identifying obstacles and solutions.
- Build a territory business plan using account knowledge and tactics to drive product demand.
- Apply knowledge of the healthcare landscape (provider offices and health systems) and decision-making processes.
- Manage territory with a business owner mindset; take ownership of outcomes with urgency while staying compliant.
- Deliver compliant product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, market access, and other teams) to win together.
- Gather and share customer insights, feedback, and questions to improve how the company serves providers and patients.
- Partner on account and territory strategy to maximize access to products and services.
- Use customer/market data and insights to drive multi-channel selling engagements.
- Use a data-driven approach to prioritize accounts aligned to the strategic plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree strongly preferred; relevant industry experience considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical device customer-facing roles (required).
- Must live within the stated territory.
- Ability to be in the field five days a week (including overnights as required), conduct visits, and complete administrative tasks.
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
