Senior Virology Care Specialist (Remote – Geography based)

Responsibilities:
- Develop compliant relationships with healthcare providers across specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics).
- Facilitate clinical dialogue that drives patient-focused customer action and engages the full account.
- Create and execute a territory business plan using shared priorities to drive product demand.
- Apply knowledge of the broader healthcare landscape and decision-making across provider offices and health systems.
- Manage territory with a business owner mindset; own results with urgency while staying compliant with policies and regulations.
- Deliver compliant product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, market access, and others) to support customers and win together.
- Gather and share customer insights, feedback, and questions to improve how Invivyd serves providers and patients.
- Partner on account/territory strategy and aggregate customer/market insights to drive selling engagements.
- Use data-driven prioritization to maximize impact aligned to the strategic plan.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (or significant relevant industry experience).
- Required: Sales experience in life sciences/healthcare; 5+ years in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical device customer-facing sales.
- Must live within the stated territory.
- Field presence five days per week with overnights as required; ability to complete administrative tasks.
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
- Proven winning attitude with growth mindset.

Compensation:
- Base pay range: $120,000–$160,000; eligible for annual short-term and long-term incentives (bonus/sales incentive and equity).
