Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, compliant relationships with a broad range of healthcare providers (HCPs) across multiple specialties and account types.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive customer action on behalf of patients and engage entire accounts to address obstacles.
- Build and execute a territory business plan that drives product demand by meeting key partner needs and patientsโ needs.
- Apply knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including how decisions are made in provider offices and health systems.
- Manage the territory with a business owner mindset; own outcomes with urgency while staying compliant with policies and regulations.
- Deliver compliant product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, market access) to support customer needs.
- Gather and share customer insights, feedback, and questions to improve how Invivyd serves providers and patients.
- Collaborate on account/territory strategy to maximize access to products and services.
- Use customer/market data to apply multiple channels and drive selling engagements.
- Prioritize customers/accounts using data to maximize impact aligned to the strategic plan.
Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- Bachelorโs degree strongly preferred; equivalent significant relevant experience considered.
- Required: Sales experience in life sciences or healthcare (or related); 5+ years in customer-facing biotech/pharma/medical device sales.
- Candidates must live within the stated territory.
- Ability to be in the field five days a week (including overnights as required) and complete administrative tasks.
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
- Proven growth mindset and winning attitude; strong communication and relationship-building.
- Coachable; open to feedback and willing to adapt.

Pay Range:
- $120,000 - $160,000 base salary; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
