Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, compliant relationships with a broad range of healthcare providers (HCPs) across multiple specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics), sharing accurate, balanced information.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue that drives customer action and engages the full account to identify obstacles to appropriate solutions.
- Create and execute a territory business plan to drive product demand by meeting partner and patient needs.
- Apply knowledge of the broader healthcare landscape, including how decisions are made in provider offices and health systems.
- Manage territory with a business owner mindset, owning results with urgency while complying with company policies and industry regulations.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and educational discussions using approved, compliant resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, market access) to support customers and win together.
- Gather and share customer insights, feedback, and questions to improve how the company serves providers and patients.
- Collaborate on account/territory strategy to maximize access to products and services.
- Use customer/market data to apply multiple channels and drive total selling engagements.
- Prioritize customers/accounts using a data-driven approach aligned to strategic plan.
Qualifications (Required):
- Sales experience in life sciences or healthcare (required).
- 5+ yearsβ sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical device customer-facing roles (required).
- Live within the stated territory.
- Ability to be in the field five days a week (overnights as required) and complete administrative tasks.
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
- Bachelorβs degree strongly preferred; candidates without a degree with significant relevant experience will be considered.

Pay Range:
- $120,000 - $160,000; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
