Senior UAS Flight Test & Operations Engineer

Role: UAS Flight Operations Engineer II responsible for planning and executing long-range BVLOS UAV missions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining safe operations. Responsibilities include leading flight testing of fixed-wing platforms, managing waiver strategies (FAA Part 107, COA, international regs), developing operational procedures, serving as pilot-in-command, analyzing flight data for safety improvements, and coordinating with meteorological and field teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in aerospace, aviation, or related fields; 5+ years (BA) or 3+ years (MS) experience; minimum 2 years UAV flight ops with fixed-wing aircraft; FAA Part 107 certification; proficiency with ArduPilot, mission scripting, and RF spectrum management; experience supporting remote/international field campaigns preferred.
