Job Title: Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS)
Territory: West LA, CA

Position Summary
- Field-based role (anticipated 100% time in field with external customers).
- Drive demand for BMS medicines for appropriate patients by delivering differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue (consistent with label) and leveraging CE^3.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications within the territory to meet/exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Create demand by explaining clinical/scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients.
- Maintain and grow scientific expertise in assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Build and implement territory and account plans.
- Use CE^3 insights to dynamically inform call plans; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct fair, balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; ensure medical accuracy.
- Present to HCPs (e.g., lunch & learns); manage external speaker programs.
- Use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions/technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with other field teams; share internal insights; comply with laws/regulations/policies.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building with customers; customer-centric mindset for differentiated Cx.
- Strong account management and selling skills; proven track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Effective cross-functional teamwork with a can-do attitude.

Preferred
- Psychiatry experience.
