Role Summary

The Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (Sr. TAS) in Neuroscience - Cobenfy is a field-based role focused on driving demand for BMS medicines within a defined territory, engaging Health Care Providers with scientific dialogue, and delivering a differentiated customer experience. The TAS builds credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based providers, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and prioritizes safe and appropriate use of BMS products while achieving business results.

Responsibilities

  • Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
  • Creates demand by articulating the clinical and scientific rationale for product use in appropriate patients.
  • Maintains and grows a high level of scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
  • Prepares and implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
  • Uses CE^3 tools to derive insights and inform call plans; provide feedback to leadership for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology roles (sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
  • Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to support patient care.
  • Strong credibility with key customers and a customer-centric mindset to create positive Customer Experience (Cx).
  • Experience in Psychiatry preferred.
  • Proven account management skills, strong selling competencies, and track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive team mindset.

Additional Requirements

  • Field-based role requiring 100% time in the field with external customers.
  • Driver qualifications: 21+ years old, valid license, driving record acceptable by company policy.
