Position Summary
- Accountable for appropriate adoption of BMS assigned Rheumatology portfolio and generating demand through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deep scientific dialogue.
- Field-based; primary point of contact for selected National Thought Leaders (NTLs), regional/community physicians and HCPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications in a defined territory/region to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Organize promotional programs (e.g., lunch & learn, speaker programs).
- Create demand by explaining clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Use AI-based targeting (CE3) to develop call plan; participate in OMNICHANNEL interactions.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; develop and execute territory/account plans.
- Deliver fair & balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; ensure medical accuracy.
- Conduct office presentations; discuss label-consistent emerging data.
- Engage real-time medical support for unsolicited scientific questions.
- Collaborate with other field teams and comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data convincingly.
- Strong selling/promotional skills.
- Proven account management and sales performance (meeting/exceeding goals).
- Demonstrated relationship building in a customer-centric model.
- Cross-functional effectiveness with positive, can-do mindset.

- Rheumatology experience.
