Position Summary
- Field-based Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) driving demand for BMS oncology medicines through differentiated, science-based Customer Experience (Cx). Primary contact for Health Care Providers (HCPs).
- Anticipated 100% time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications to meet/exceed sales targets; build clinical/scientific demand; develop expertise in assigned products/therapeutic areas; create territory/account plans; use CE^3 insights to inform call planning and provide feedback.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: Present label-consistent scientific information; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited/technical questions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with field teams for best Cx; share internal insights; comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse roles.
- Accurate, convincing communication of clinical/scientific data.
- Proven credibility-building with key customers and a customer-centric mindset.
- Oncology experience preferred.
- Strong account management, selling/promotion, and cross-functional collaboration.
