Key Responsibilities:
- Promote approved BMS product indications within a defined territory/region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Create demand by articulating the clinical and scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients.
- Maintain and grow high-level scientific expertise in assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Use available tools to derive insights and dynamically inform call plans; provide feedback to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Present approved, scientifically accurate information to HCPs using approved scientific resources/publications.
- Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) consistent with label.
- Organize external speaker programs (select speakers from Speakers Bureau-approved list; facilitate scheduling/logistics).
- Maintain expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Provide real-time medical support to answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with other field teams to ensure best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
- Gather/share insights internally with stakeholders to better serve customers.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
