Position Summary:
TAS (field-based) drives demand for Bristol Myers Squibb medicines in a defined territory by engaging HCPs through deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label, using differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote approved BMS product indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Create demand by articulating clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build/maintain scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and implement territory/account plans.
- Use tools (e.g., CE^3) to generate insights and inform call plans; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver fair and balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources and publications; ensure medical accuracy.
- Conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging data for approved indications; use Medical on Call for unsolicited questions/technical inquiries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve HCP Customer Experience; comply with laws/regulations/policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Proven credibility with key customers/office staff.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Account management, selling competencies, and track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Strong cross-functional teamwork.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Field (US): $144,500β$175,100; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
