Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines within a defined territory for appropriate patients by delivering a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs), physicians/HCPs, office staff, and stakeholders as primary point of contact.
- Liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically; prioritize safe/appropriate use and business performance objectives.
- Field-based role: anticipated 100% time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio promotion: promote approved indications to meet/exceed sales targets; create demand with balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise; develop and implement territory/account plans; use CE^3 insights for call planning.
- Scientific dialogue: use approved resources to ensure medical accuracy; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; maintain expertise on emerging data; provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with other field teams; gather/share insights; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience (healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility with key customers and desire to create differentiated Cx.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Account management/selling skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness; positive team mindset and can-do attitude.

Compensation & Benefits (field, US)
- US $144,500β$175,100 base range; additional incentive (eligibility-based).
