Position Summary
- Drive demand for Bristol Myers Squibb medicines in assigned territory for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Field-based role: spend 100% of time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: promote approved indications compliantly; create balanced clinical/scientific demand rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise; execute territory/account plans; use CE^3 insights to inform call plans.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: use approved resources accurately; conduct in-office presentations; organize speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call for unsolicited questions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building with customers and desire to create differentiated Cx.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Strong account management, selling, and sales-performance track record.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with positive, can-do mindset.
