Role: Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (Oncology) focused on promoting BMS oncology products within New Brunswick, NJ. Primary objectives include driving demand for medicines, delivering a differentiated customer experience through scientific dialogue, and building credibility with healthcare providers. Responsibilities encompass promoting approved indications, engaging HCPs with scientific data, organizing educational programs, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer engagement. Requirements: advanced scientific degree or 5+ years pharma/biotech sales or medical affairs experience, preferably in Oncology; strong scientific communication, account management, and sales skills; ability to analyze prescribing data and leverage digital tools like CE^3; and a patient-centric mindset. Preferred: experience in Oncology, strong understanding of patient pathways, and familiarity with digital communication channels. The role is field-based, spending 100% of time in the external environment.
