Position Summary:
Field-based TAS role (100% time in the field) focused on driving demand for BMS medicines for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience and scientific dialogue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote approved BMS product indications in a defined territory to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by articulating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build/maintain scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and implement territory and account plans.
- Use CE^3 insights to dynamically inform call plans and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver fair and balanced, label-consistent scientific dialogue using approved resources.
- Conduct in-office presentations and organize external speaker programs (speaker selection, scheduling, logistics).
- Stay current on emerging data for approved indications.
- Use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve HCP Customer Experience; share insights internally.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility with customers and strong customer-centric mindset.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Account management and sales performance track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Effective cross-functional teamwork and can-do attitude.

Compensation (as stated):
- Field, United States: $144,500–$175,100 (plus eligible incentives/stock).
