Position Summary
- TAS (field-based) drives demand for BMS medicines in assigned territory for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx), deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label, and use of CE^3.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications within territory; create demand by articulating clinical/scientific rationale.
- Build and maintain scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and implement territory/account plans.
- Use tools such as CE^3 to generate insights and inform call plans; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver fair and balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; conduct in-office presentations.
- Organize external speaker programs (select from Speakers Bureau list; manage scheduling/logistics).
- Stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions.
- Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building with key customers and stakeholders.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Account management and selling skills; track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness; positive, can-do mindset.

Compensation & Benefits (high level)
- Field (US): $144,500β$175,100 + potential incentives (eligibility-based).

On-site requirement
- Field-based role: 100% time in field with external customers; ability to travel to visit customers/patients/partners.
