Position Summary
- Field-based Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) for Oncology (territory: Harrisburg, Hershey, State College, Duboise, Lancaster, York). Spend 100% of time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved BMS indications to meet/exceed compliant sales targets; create demand by communicating balanced clinical/scientific rationale.
- Build/maintain scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 tools to generate insights, inform call plans, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct fair and balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; ensure medical accuracy; run in-office presentations and organize external speaker programs.
- Maintain expertise on emerging data; provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve Customer Experience (Cx); gather/share insights internally; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Experience in Hematology/Oncology.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately; build credibility with customers.
- Proven account management, selling, and performance against goals; cross-functional effectiveness with positive, can-do mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
- Field US: $144,500–$175,100 (plus potential incentive cash/stock).

- Paid time off options (flexible time off or vacation + holidays, based on eligibility), plus additional time off may include sick time/volunteer days/leaves.
