Position Summary
- Field-based Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) for Neuroscience/MS. Drives demand for BMS medicines by engaging HCPs with differentiated scientific Customer Experience (Cx), building credibility with regional thought leaders and physicians, and ensuring safe and appropriate use while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved BMS indications in a defined territory to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by communicating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain and grow scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and execute comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Use CE^3 tools (once implemented) to generate insights and dynamically inform call plans; share feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver fair, balanced, label-consistent scientific dialogue: use approved resources/publications; run in-office presentations; organize approved external speaker programs.
- Stay current on emerging data for approved indications.
- Provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; share insights internally.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building with key customers; customer-centric mindset.
- Strong account management and selling competence; track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive can-do attitude.

Preferred
- Neurology experience.

Compensation & Benefits (high level)
- Field US salary range: $139,230–$168,714; additional incentive opportunities may be available. Benefits may include medical/dental/vision, wellbeing support, 401(k), disability/life insurance, and PTO/flexible time off (eligibility varies).
