Position Summary
Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) β Neuroscience (Cobenfy). Field-based; anticipated 100% time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications within a defined territory/region to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by communicating clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain and grow scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Use tools such as CE^3 (once implemented) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct fair & balanced scientific dialogue: use approved resources/publications; in-office presentations consistent with label; organize external speaker programs.
- Stay current on emerging data; engage Medical on Call for real-time support to answer unsolicited questions/technical inquiries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best Customer Experience (Cx) and share relevant insights internally.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to physicians.
- Credibility-building experience with customers/HCP influence network; customer-centric mindset.
- Strong account management, selling/promotion, and sales performance track record.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration; positive, can-do attitude.

- Experience in Neurology.
