Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines in the Psychiatry therapeutic area for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs), physicians/HCPs in private practice and medical groups, office staff, and other stakeholders.
- Liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically; prioritize safe and appropriate use of BMS products while meeting business/performance objectives.
- Field-based: spend 100% of time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications to meet/exceed sales targets; create balanced clinical/scientific demand rationale; maintain/grow product/TA expertise; create territory/account plans; use CE^3 insights to inform call plans.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: Use approved resources/publications accurately; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; provide real-time Medical on Call support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally; comply with laws/regulations/policies.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately; demonstrate customer credibility and account management/selling success.

Preferred Qualifications
- Neurology experience.
