Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (Neuroscience – Cobenfy) — Fort Worth, TX area (field-based; ~100% time in the field with external customers).
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved BMS indications in a defined territory to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by communicating clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build/maintain scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory and account plans.
- Use CE3 (when implemented) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback to leadership.
- Conduct label-consistent scientific dialogue, in-office presentations, and organize external speaker programs.
- Maintain expertise on emerging data; engage real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Track record building credibility with customers and delivering differentiated customer experience.
- Neurology experience preferred.
- Demonstrated account management and sales performance (meeting/exceeding goals).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with positive, can-do attitude.

Compensation
- US $139,230–$168,714 (field; full-time). Additional incentive/stock may be available (eligibility-based).
