Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines in Psychiatry for appropriate patients via a field-based role (anticipated 100% time in the field with external customers).
- Engage HCPs with differentiated Customer Experience through deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly; create demand with balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare territory/account plans; use CE^3 insights to inform call plans.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: Use approved resources accurately; conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch & learns); organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call for unsolicited/compex inquiries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with field teams; share insights internally; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Demonstrated credibility-building with key customers/staff for differentiated HCP experience.
- Experience in Neurology preferred.
- Account management, selling competencies, and proven sales performance.
- Cross-functional effectiveness and positive can-do mindset.
