Position Summary:
- Field-based Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) for Neurology (Atlanta South), driving demand for BMS medicines by engaging HCPs with deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.
- Builds credibility with regional thought leaders and community physicians/HCPs; collaborates with other BMS functions; prioritizes safe/appropriate product use and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote approved indications within territory to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by explaining clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans.
- Use tools such as CE^3 to derive insights and inform call plans; provide feedback to leadership.
- Deliver fair/balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; conduct in-office presentations.
- Organize external speaker programs (Speaker Bureau approved lists).
- Maintain expertise on emerging approved indication data.
- Provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate with other field teams and share insights internally.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Experience building credibility with customers; customer-centric mindset.
- Immunology experience required.
- Account management + sales capability with proven record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness; positive, can-do attitude.
