Position Summary
- Field-based TAS role (100% time in the field) covering Northern Washington, Northern Idaho, and Alaska.
- Drive demand for BMS hematology/oncology medicines by delivering differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications in territory/region to meet/exceed compliant sales targets.
- Create demand by explaining clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build and maintain scientific expertise; prepare and execute territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 insights to dynamically inform call plans and provide feedback to leadership.
- Conduct label-consistent scientific dialogue with HCPs; deliver in-office presentations.
- Organize external speaker programs; maintain expertise on emerging data.
- Provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; share insights internally; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Experience in Hematology/Oncology (required).
- Ability to accurately communicate clinical/scientific data.
- Proven credibility-building with HCPs/office staff.
- Strong account management, selling/promotion skills, and sales performance track record.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and positive, can-do attitude.
- Eligible to operate a company-provided vehicle (meets Qualified Driver requirements).

Compensation/Benefits (included)
- Field US: $144,500–$175,100; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), disability/life insurance, EAP, and paid time off.
