Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines in a defined territory by engaging HCPs through deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue (Customer Experience/Cx), leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs as primary point of contact.
- Field-based role: spend 100% of time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications within territory; meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by articulating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise across products/therapeutic areas; prepare territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 to derive insights and dynamically inform call plans; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct in-office presentations consistent with label; organize external speaker programs.
- Stay current on emerging data for approved indications; use Medical on Call for real-time technical questions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve HCP Cx; share insights internally; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse experience.
- Ability to accurately and persuasively communicate scientific/clinical data.
- Proven credibility with key customers and strong account management/selling performance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive, can-do attitude.

Preferred
- Hematology/Oncology experience.

Compensation & Benefits (if eligible)
- Field (US): $144,500–$175,100 plus potential incentive cash/stock.
