Position Summary:
- Drive demand for Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) medicines for appropriate patients by delivering a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.
- Field-based role; spend 100% of time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications to meet/exceed compliant sales targets; create demand using clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare and execute territory/account plans; use CE^3 insights to inform call plans.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: Use approved resources to ensure medical accuracy; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; answer unsolicited/technical questions via Medical on Call.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience (healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Credibility with key customers and a customer-centric mindset.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Account management + selling skills with proven sales performance.
- Effective cross-functional teamwork; positive attitude.

Compensation & Benefits (explicit):
- Field (US): $144,500–$175,100; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
