Position Summary
- Field-based TAS role driving demand for BMS cardiovascular medicines via differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and scientific dialogue.
- Serves as primary point of contact for regional thought leaders and community physicians/HCPs; liaises cross-functionally to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications; create demand using clinical/scientific rationale; maintain scientific expertise; build territory/account plans; use tools (e.g., SOPHIA) and provide insights; meet/exceed sales targets compliantly.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: Present label-consistent approved data; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call for medical/technical inquiries.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with other field teams; share insights internally.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately; build credibility with customers; cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Demonstrated account management, selling, and performance against goals; cross-functional effectiveness; selling/promotional skills.
