Position Summary
- Field-based Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) for Cardiovascular (West Palm Beach, FL) driving demand/adoption of BMS medicines for appropriate patients through a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and scientific engagement with HCPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved BMS indications in the territory to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by explaining clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build/maintain scientific expertise and implement territory/account plans.
- Use tools (e.g., SOPHIA/CE3) to generate insights and inform call planning; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Present approved scientific information consistent with label; conduct in-office presentations.
- Organize external speaker programs (Speakers Bureau-approved lists).
- Maintain expertise on emerging data; respond to unsolicited questions via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate with other field teams and share insights internally.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility with key customers/office staff; customer-centric approach to differentiated Cx.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management, selling competencies, and track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Effective cross-functional work; positive, can-do attitude.

- Field (US): $134,390–$162,843 (plus possible incentive cash/stock).
