Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role to drive adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients through impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs).
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly; create demand via balanced clinical/scientific rationale; build and maintain scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans; use tools (e.g., SOPHIA) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback to leadership.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: Use approved resources/publications with medical accuracy; conduct in-office presentations consistent with label; organize external speaker programs (Speakers Bureau); maintain expertise on emerging data; respond to unsolicited questions via Medical on Call.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other field teams to improve Customer Experience (Cx); gather/share insights internally.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/ML S/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building with key customers and office staff; customer-centric mindset.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management, selling competencies, and sales performance track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with positive team mindset and can-do attitude.
- Strong selling and promotional skills.
