Position Summary
- Field-based role driving demand for BMS cardiovascular medicines through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx), deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label, and CE^3.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets; build demand with balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise; develop and implement territory/account plans; use SOPHIA insights to inform call plans; provide tool feedback to leadership.
- Scientific Dialogue: Use approved resources/publications to present accurate medical info; deliver in-office presentations (e.g., lunch & learns) consistent with label; organize external speaker programs (Speakers Bureau-approved); stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions/technical inquiries.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other field teams to improve HCP Cx; share insights internally.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse roles.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building with customers/HCP influence network.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management and selling skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration; positive mindset.

Compensation Overview
- Field (US): $134,390β$162,843; additional incentives may be available (eligibility-based).
