Position: Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS), Cardiovascular Specialty

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications of BMS products in a defined territory/region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Create demand by articulating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Engage with and continuously maintain/grow high-level scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Proactively use available tools (e.g., CE^3) to derive insights, inform call plans, and provide feedback to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Use approved scientific resources/publications to present accurate, medically sound information to HCPs.
- Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) consistent with label.
- Organize external speaker programs (select speakers from approved lists; manage scheduling/logistics).
- Maintain working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Engage real-time medical support via Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
- Proactively collaborate with other field teams; gather/share insights internally with relevant stakeholders.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies governing conduct of BMS.
- Field-based role: anticipated 100% of time in the field with external customers.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately and convincingly.
- Demonstrated credibility with key customers and office staff; customer-centric mindset for differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Experience in cardiovascular (preferred).
- Strong account management, selling competencies, and proven sales performance (meeting/exceeding goals).
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a positive, can-do attitude.

Compensation (field, U.S.)
- $134,390–$162,843 (starting range for full-time FTE); additional incentive cash/stock may be available (eligibility-based).
