Position Summary
- Drive demand for Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) medicines within a defined territory for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper scientific dialogue aligned to label. Field-based; ~100% time in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed compliant sales targets; create demand with balanced clinical/scientific rationale.
- Build/maintain deep scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 (as applicable) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Present scientific information accurately; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs (Speakers Bureau approved).
- Maintain working expertise on emerging data; use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve HCP Customer Experience; gather/share insights internally.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building with customers and strong account management/selling competence; demonstrated sales performance meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive, can-do mindset.
Preferred
- Cardiovascular experience.

Compensation/Benefits (explicit)
- Field (US): $124,090β$150,370; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
