Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines within the Cardiovascular portfolio for appropriate patients.
- Engage HCPs with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue aligned with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs), community physicians/HCPs, office staff, and other stakeholders as a primary point of contact.
- Liaise with other BMS functions to deliver higher Customer Experience by meeting HCP needs timely and scientifically; prioritize safe and appropriate use of BMS products and achievement of business/performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Promotion
- Promote approved indications within a defined territory/region to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by articulating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients.
- Maintain and grow scientific expertise in assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and execute comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Use tools such as SOPHIA to derive insights and dynamically inform call plans; provide feedback to leadership.

Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
- Present approved scientific resources/publications to HCPs with medical accuracy.
- Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) consistent with label.
- Organize external speaker programs (select speakers from approved list; facilitate scheduling/logistics).
- Maintain expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call for unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.

Cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate with other field teams to ensure best Cx for HCPs.
- Gather and share relevant insights internally with appropriate stakeholders.

Compliance
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and policies governing BMS conduct.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately and convincingly.
- Demonstrated credibility-building experience with key customers/office staff within a customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management capability, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a positive, can-do attitude.

Vehicle Requirement
- Offers contingent on meeting Qualified Driver requirements (at least 21 years of age; valid driverโ€™s license in good standing; acceptable driving risk level).

Compensation
- Field (United States): US $124,090 - $150,370 (plus potential incentive cash/stock based on eligibility).
