Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines in an assigned territory by delivering differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs as primary point of contact.
- Liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically; prioritize safe and appropriate use of products and business results. Field-based; 100% of time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by articulating balanced clinical/scientific rationale.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 (if implemented) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs.
- Maintain emerging-data expertise; use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited/technical questions.
- Collaborate with other field teams and share insights internally.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience (healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility with key customers; customer-centric Cx mindset.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management, selling, and performance track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional teamwork and can-do attitude.

Compensation/Benefits (high level)
- Field (United States): US $124,090β$150,370; additional incentives based on eligibility.
