Position Summary
- Field-based Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) drives demand for cardiovascular medicines for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper label-consistent scientific dialogue.

Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications within a territory to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by explaining balanced clinical/scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; execute territory and account plans.
- Use tools (e.g., SOPHIA) to derive insights and inform call plans; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Present approved scientific information to HCPs with medical accuracy (e.g., lunch & learns).
- Organize external speaker programs (Speakers Bureau-approved); manage logistics.
- Stay current on emerging data; respond to unsolicited questions via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate with other field teams and share insights internally.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Demonstrated credibility with HCPs and customer influence network.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management/selling skills with track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with positive, can-do mindset.
- Qualified Driver requirement for company vehicle: at least 21; valid in-good-standing driver’s license; acceptable driving risk.
