Position Summary
The TAS is a critical field-based role in BMS’s customer model, driving demand for BMS medicines within a portfolio for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.

Key Responsibilities
- Promotes approved indications within a defined territory to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Creates demand by articulating clinical/scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients.
- Maintains and grows scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Prepares and implements territory and account plans.
- Uses tools (e.g., SOPHIA) to derive insights and dynamically inform call plans; provides feedback to leadership.
- Delivers fair and balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources/publications with medical accuracy.
- Conducts in-office presentations and organizes external speaker programs (with approved speaker lists), including scheduling/logistics.
- Maintains working expertise on emerging data; engages real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Proactively collaborates with other field teams; gathers/shares insights internally.
- Complies with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies governing conduct.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building with key customers and a customer-centric mindset.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management skill, strong selling competencies, and track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive, can-do attitude.
