Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines within a defined territory/region for appropriate patients by delivering a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific, label-consistent dialogue.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional thought leaders and community-based HCPs across the patient care continuum.
- Field-based; spend much of time with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by explaining balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise.
- Prepare and implement territory/account plans; use SOPHIA to inform call plans and provide tool feedback.
- Conduct label-consistent scientific dialogue using approved resources; run lunch-and-learns and external speaker programs.
- Maintain expertise on emerging data; engage Medical on Call for unsolicited questions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; gather/share insights internally.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately; strong credibility-building with customers and office staff.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management and selling skills with proven track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with positive, can-do attitude.

- Field (US): $124,090β$150,370; eligibility for incentive cash/stock.
