Position Summary
- Field-based TAS role driving demand and adoption of BMS medicines by engaging HCPs through differentiated, label-consistent scientific dialogue (including CE^3).
Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications in defined territory to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by explaining clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build and maintain scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans.
- Use tools (e.g., SOPHIA) to derive insights and inform call plans; provide tool feedback to leadership.
- Conduct in-office presentations consistent with label; organize external speaker programs (Speaker Bureau approved lists).
- Maintain expertise on emerging data; use Medical on Call for unsolicited/technical questions.
- Proactively collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to accurately communicate scientific/clinical data.
- Credibility-building experience with key customers/office staff.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management + selling/promotional skills; proven track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional collaboration mindset; can-do attitude.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Field (US): $124,090β$150,370; additional incentive cash/stock may be available (eligibility-based).
