Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Cardiovascular Community - Jackson, MS

Role: Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) in Cardiovascular, focused on engaging healthcare providers to promote BMS medicines, drive product adoption, and deliver impactful customer experiences. Responsibilities include promoting approved indications within a defined territory, building scientific credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based HCPs, conducting scientific dialogues, and organizing educational programs. The TAS utilizes tools like CE^3 for insights and call planning, collaborates cross-functionally to enhance customer service, and ensures compliance with laws and regulations. Requirements: Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales, medical science liaison, or healthcare experience, with strong communication, account management, and sales track record. Preferred experience in cardiovascular therapies. Skills needed include scientific agility, data analysis, digital proficiency, customer-centric mindset, and teamwork. The role is field-based, predominantly onsite in Jackson, MS, with travel as necessary. Compensation ranges from $124,090 to $150,370, with eligibility for bonuses and stock options.
